John Wooden - Wizard of Westwood - NCAA Tournament Legend Falls

The biggest winner in the history of the NCAA Basketball Tournament John Wooden fell Thursday breaking his left wrist and collarbone. Wooden now 97 is now in "good condition" recovering in a local LA hospital.

Wooden won 10 NCAA Basketball Tournaments in his last 12 years at UCLA including 7 in a row from 1967 to 1973. His Bruins also won 38 consecutive games in NCAA tournament play. Just take a moment to think how excited the media and fans get today when a team gets to 25 straight wins in the regular season, wow! We at the Big Dance Blog salute John Wooden and hope he is in good spirits! Does anyone have any memories of John Wooden or his teams they would like to share???
