- Number 7 Purdue held on for a hard fought victory over Indiana on the road 78-75, the win has Purdue rising up in the March Madness 2010 bracket.
- Number 9 Duke went off on number 19 Georgia Tech at Cameron Indoor 86-67 led by a career high 30 point performance from Singler. Duke is staying put until they prove they can win on the road.
- Number 13 Gonzaga was all over Portland at home 76-49 as they used a 20-2 run to spark the route. Portland isn't a bad team so this is a nice rebound from their loss to San Francisco. We would like to thank Gonzaga for not abusing our trust in them when we kept them a number 4 seed in the March Madness 2010 bracket.
- Number 14 Tennessee beat LSU 59 to 54 on the road. This win will not move Tennessee into our top 4 seeds of the bracket as LSU is winless in the SEC this year.
- Number 15 Butler took care of Detroit 63-58 at home. At some point we will need to move Butler up to a top 4 seed if they win out in the Horizon League but we likely won't do so until they do it.
In other action Notre Dame beat Cincinnati 83-65 in South Bend and Maryland edged Florida State 71-67 on the road. Maryland is now 5-2 in the conference and in second place behind Duke.
