March Madness 2010 Hardest Region

March Madness 2010 Hardest Regional
East Regional

Of course every year their should be one region which looks like the hardest on paper and that region should be the one that the fourth best number 1 seed is playing in by theory. That logic would have the West Regional as the hardest because Syracuse got the fourth best number 1 seed, however after studying the March Madness 2010 Bracket we have the East Regional as the hardest. The West has two teams which were major bubble teams going into the selection in Minnesota and Florida, the 2 seed is Kansas State and while they are good we don't think they are the best 2 seed, Pitt doesn't really scare us on the 3 line, and at the 5 we don't think Butler is that strong this year.

In the East Regional you of course have Kentucky at the 1 seed and they look like they could have a tough road as both Texas and Wake look solid at the 8 and 9 spots,Temple and Cornell both looked like they got ripped off as 5 and 12 seeds, the 4 seed Wisconsin is as dangerous as a 2 seed with Leuer in the lineup and a normal shooting night,New Mexico at the 3 we think is really good, and we think West Virginia should have been on the 1 line. We like West Virginia to go to Indianapolis to represent the East Regional, we wouldn't pick Kentucky our other choices would be Temple or Wisconsin.
